Here’s the path to build agents that work for you: first the terminal, then your own Jarvis, then a task queue, and finally social media on autopilot. Each sequence includes a course, an open project, a video, and exercises. Everything is open and free.

01 · The 4 sequences
From chat to system, in four steps.
In chat, you’re the driver the whole time, and when you close the window, the work stops. An agent reads your files, performs tasks, and keeps working while you do something else. The shift isn’t learning a new model: it’s changing your place.

View →No miracles. There’s no “render while you sleep” if the system isn’t running properly. Skip sequence 1 and you’ll get stuck on the other three: folders, the terminal, and simple commands are the foundation for everything that follows.

03 · Sequence 1
OSWork: from chat to the terminal.
The terminal is just another window. With six commands, you can move through your folders; with an AGENTS.md the agent knows who you are and what it can do; with Git, you can undo any mistake. You give it a task, check the result, and decide: that’s management.

A personal assistant written from scratch in Python, intentionally small: it talks to you through Telegram, remembers conversations, and uses a cloud model (OpenRouter) or a local one (Ollama). You stop opening a website to chat: the assistant is yours.

05 · Sequence 3
Queues: send ten tasks and go to sleep.
An agent working alone does one thing at a time, and only while you watch. The inemaccbot is a Telegram bot with a durable queue: each request becomes a saved task that resumes if it goes down, and workflows stop at a human approval gate before what matters. Transcription, dubbing, explainer videos, courses, and reels become queued tasks.

The r7e builds the reel in seven trigger-based steps. The promoavatar makes promotional videos with an avatar for each audience. The xviral (finviral, saudeviral, advviral) watch what the biggest names in the niche have posted, check every number, and publish on their own, with the source on screen. The engine is the same; only the topic changes.

The jornada-agentes repository has 23 hands-on exercises, no more than six per sequence, each with a done when: move on to the next one only when it’s true. Includes a homemade queue in 30 lines, so you can understand the idea of a queue before installing the bot.
