Robot Section · robotics, humanoids, and embodied AI

Robot. Everything INEMA teaches about robots and humanoids, all in one place.

From your first robot with Arduino to humanoids and the models that enable robots to see, understand, and act (VLA). Here you’ll find open courses, the simulation that trains a robot from a photo, what changes for people working alongside them, and videos. Everything is open and free.

7 open courses and 1 hands-on project. The embodied AI courses and project are available in PT, EN, and ES.

01 · What’s here

Four ways to get into robotics.

A robot is no longer just a machine programmed step by step. New models learn from demonstrations and simulation, and the same AI that talks to you is beginning to move arms and bodies. We’ve organized the material into four paths.

02 · Where to start

Choose based on where you are now.

You areStart with
A beginner who has never built a robotRobotics from Zero to Expert: 3 levels, from Arduino to AI. Then move on to the Humanoid Academy.
Curious about humanoidsHG1 to understand them and FTH to program in a simulator.
A programmer or AI studentVLA, then VLA Mastery and Real2Sim simulation in practice.
A manager, HR professional, or workplace safety professionalsegROBOT and Embodied AI Training (market and career).

03 · Courses

Robotics, from zero to an autonomous robot.

This foundational course covers everything from your first circuit to a robot that can see. It’s in Portuguese.

Embodied AI: robots that see, understand, and act

The models VLA (Vision-Language-Action) bring vision, language, and action together: the robot receives a request in words, looks at the scene, and decides how to move. This is the path taken by today’s humanoids.

04 · Humanoids

Robots with human-like bodies, from concept to code.

Tesla Optimus, Unitree, and Figure have moved beyond demo videos and are starting to enter factories. These two courses, in Portuguese, show how they work and how to program one in a simulator, without buying the robot.

05 · In practice

A photo of a table becomes the simulation that trains the robot.

The robotica-real2sim is our open replica of Real2Sim: AI reads the photo of the table, builds a virtual copy in the MuJoCo simulator with a robotic arm, generates labeled training episodes, and tests the plan before the real robot moves. Runs on your computer.

What we testedResult
Robot plan without and with simulationThe naive plan got it right 4 out of 20; checked in simulation, 19 out of 20.
Same photo in 4 AIsEach measured the table differently; Gemini Argon approved the plan for US$ 0,01. Table in guide.
Data for training50 episodes become a LeRobot dataset in 69 s (how to do it).

06 · Videos

Watch on your phone.

New robotics videos will appear here as soon as they’re published.

07 · People and safety

The robot arrives. What about the people working alongside it?

Bringing a robot into a company also changes the work of the people already there. This course covers safety, standards, and team reskilling.

Honestly. Humanoids in homes and every factory are not yet a reality: today, they’re still in pilot projects and demonstrations. What has already changed is how they’re trained, with simulation and models that learn from demonstrations. That’s what you can learn now.

08 · At Eventos

Fields that pair well with robotics.

09 · Get started now

Choose a path and take the first step today.

You don’t need a robot: the courses use free simulators, and the Real2Sim simulation runs on your computer.
