inemaSEO area · SEO + GEO: Google, Bing and AI search

Your site found on Google, Bing and AI. No paid tools.

inemaSEO is the method we use across the INEMA ecosystem to be found on Google, on Bing and in the answers of ChatGPT, Perplexity and Copilot. No paid tools and no invented content: ten stages, ready-made scripts and templates you adapt. AI agents do the repetitive work; you decide.

Open method (MIT). Guide in PT, EN and ES. Applied at INEMA in September and October 2026.

01 · The method

A method, not a trick.

🧱 Foundation first

Without it, no content pays off

A single canonical, sitemaps with language, a robots file that lets AI crawlers in, llms.txt and thin pages out of the index.

🧾 Real data only

An anti-invention lock

Every page rests on a course, project, event or experiment that exists. The LLM extracts and rewrites; a validator discards anything not in the source.

📏 Measured without the brand

People who didn't know you, and found you

The number that matters is searches that don't include your name. The weekly Search Console export separates them.

02 · The 10 stages

From the site's X-ray to notifying search engines.

Audit→Foundation→Measurement→Entity→Territory→Content→Hubs→Backlinks→News→Notify
1 · Real audit

The HTML the server delivers: canonical, hreflang, JSON-LD and internal links. A page without links barely exists.

2 · Technical foundation

One canonical, sitemaps with a real lastModified, robots letting AI crawlers in, llms.txt and a content-index.json manifest per site.

3 · Non-brand measurement

A weekly Search Console export that separates brand searches, URL inspection and a conversion goal.

4 · Entity

One Person and one Organization with a fixed @id, referenced by every page and subdomain.

5 · Territory per site

Guides on the main site, news on the news site, events on the events site. One owner page per search intent.

6 · Original content

Pillars, questions with a direct 40–60-word answer and data sheets extracted from the real page. Keywords validated by score.

7 · Hubs and internal links

A ladder of links for every new page and hub pages that read the other sites' manifests.

8 · Backlinks

Each satellite (course, landing page, README) links to the right page on the main site, in batch and with a dry run.

9 · News with a page

One URL per story and language, NewsArticle, an archive that's never pruned and a body built only from source facts.

10 · Notify and follow

IndexNow and Bing on every publication (ChatGPT and Copilot use Bing's index), sitemap in Search Console and a weekly read.

03 · Applying it to your site

All free: Search Console, Bing Webmaster, IndexNow and an AI agent.

The search accounts need the site verified. Local tools: git, curl, Python 3 and Node 18+, plus an agent (Claude Code or Codex CLI) for extraction and writing.

# 1. the site's X-ray
bash tools/auditoria.sh https://www.yoursite.com /catalog/ /about/
# 3. weekly non-brand measurement
python3 tools/gsc_semanal.py --dias 7 # dados/gsc/resumo.csv
# 5. anti-invention lock
node tools/validar_extracao.mjs source.txt "Course with 5 modules and 12 hours"
# 6. backlinks (dry run, then --apply --commit)
python3 tools/link_de_volta.py map.json --guia https://www.yoursite.com/learn/
# 7. notify search engines
bash tools/avisar_buscadores.sh urls.txt
# 8. check indexing
python3 tools/gsc_inspecionar.py sc-domain:yoursite.com https://www.yoursite.com/new-page/
Pick pages by score. Autocomplete, Google Trends, impressions you already have and the strength of the top 10: GO at 6 points or more, and only if there's a real asset to cite.

04 · What we did across the ecosystem

It ran on the portal, the news site and the events site.

📚 Data sheets

Real syllabus

One page per course in the catalog, with modules extracted from each course page and validated against the source.

🔗 Backlinks

In batch

The courses on GitHub Pages now link to their data sheet and to the guide on the main site.

🧭 Pillars

Pillars and questions

The "learn artificial intelligence" guide in PT, EN and ES and question pages with direct answers.

🗂️ Hubs

Events and news

/eventos/ and /noticias/ pages on the main site, reading each subdomain's manifest.

📰 News

One page per story

A permanent archive, NewsArticle, PT/EN/ES versions; no body, noindex.

🪪 Entity

Just one

Author and organization with a fixed @id, referenced by the portal, the knowledge base and the news site.

05 · Cadence

SEO pays off in weeks and months, not days. The routine is what gets results.

Week 0Audit and foundation: canonical, sitemaps, robots, llms.txt, entity and measurement switched on.
Every pageQuality checklist, 2–3 older pages pointing to the new one and a notice to search engines.
WeeklySearch Console: non-brand queries, pages with impressions and no clicks.
MonthlyTen target questions in ChatGPT and Perplexity: is your site cited?
Day 30–60Plan B: each symptom (not indexed, no impressions, no clicks) has an answer.
