Professional 2030 Area · open training programs with certification

The AI professions set to grow the most in 2027. Choose yours and train for free.

Companies can already build AI tools and agents. What they need is people they can trust to guide, review, support, and teach. Professional 2030 offers four independent training programs to support people and company executives: Consultant, Auditor, Mentor and AI Trainer. The content is open and free, and each training program will have its own INEMA certification.

01 · Why now

Building has become easy. Trusting what was built hasn’t.

A real case from October 2026: a small AI consultancy lost a contract with a large energy company to a traditional consultancy. Months later, the client came back, but put everything on hold after suffering a cyberattack. Instead of walking away, the consultancy offered a security review, quickly showed the flaws in an app built with AI, and was hired to review the company’s environment, including what its own employees had created with AI. The work didn’t come from building. It came from being someone the client could trust in a crisis.

Each training program is independent: you can take just one or all four, in any order. They’re all open and free, and each will have its own certification.

Training program 1 · AI Consultant

Shows companies where AI delivers results

Works with: owners and executives.

Starts with the process, not the tool. Diagnoses, prioritizes what’s worth automating, builds an adoption plan, and measures whether it worked.

You’ll learn to

  • map processes and find the real bottleneck
  • build an AI adoption plan and business case
  • write proposals and set prices
  • measure results after delivery

Training program 2 · AI Auditor

Reviews the AI a company already uses

Works with: executives, IT, and compliance.

Inventories apps, agents, and integrations; assesses risks (data, permissions, exposed keys, actions without approval); and delivers a report with evidence and a 30-day plan. This is an assessment and risk triage, not a pentest.

You’ll learn to

  • compile the company’s AI inventory
  • assess agent permissions, data, and limits
  • review apps built with AI (vibe coding)
  • write a report for executives and IT

Training 3 · AI Mentor

Teaches managers to build their own tools

Works with: managers across departments.

People who know the process can start creating with AI. The mentor guides the manager from prototype to validation with IT, using a method, testing, and security.

You’ll learn to

  • turn a process into an app, automation, or agent
  • lead a 90-day mentoring program
  • organize testing, documentation, and access
  • ensure a safe handoff to IT

Trains teams and executives

Works with: teams and leaders.

Leads workshops and bootcamps using INEMA's open content, with practical exercises and an assessment of what participants learned.

  • adapt the content to the company's department
  • assess participants and show the results

04 · Certification

Each training program will have its own INEMA certification.

The training is open to everyone. The certification proves that you demonstrated what you learned.

What the certification is and isn't. This is a qualification certification issued by INEMA, not a regulated professional certification. The AI Auditor training teaches AI risk assessment and triage; penetration testing, incident response, and legal opinions remain the work of qualified professionals.
