IA Cultivada Program · 1 course and 4 tools

The model is the same as your competitor's. The garden is not.

In use, the model does not learn on its own. What learns is the system around it: context, memory, rules, examples, and feedback. In 8 lessons you learn to cultivate that system, and with the diagnostic, the kits, the profile generator, and the skills you build your garden in your personal life, in your Jarvis, or in your company.

No programming. Five text files and a 20-minute weekly review.

IA Cultivada — you don't program it, you cultivate it: an 8-lesson course and open tools.

The problem

You say AI doesn't learn. It really doesn't.

What learns is the environment you build around it. Without that environment, the problems below appear.

  • Every conversation starts from zero, like a consultant who loses their memory every morning.
  • You explain the same thing for the third time, and the mistake comes back the following week.
  • The result comes out looking good and wrong, and nobody checks it before using it.
  • The agent does what it shouldn't, because the rules were only in your head.
  • The pilot in the company costs more than it saves, because the scope was too broad.

After the training

By the end of the training, you can:

01

Separate what is yours from what belongs to the lab

The model arrives ready-made. You cultivate role, context, tools, rules, examples, memory, evaluation, and feedback.

02

Build the five files

Agent profile, context, annotated examples, failure log, and scorecard, with version number and date.

03

Close the loop every week

One line per failure, the fix in the file and not in the conversation, and the profile that goes from v1.0 to v1.1.

04

Grant autonomy based on evidence

Level 1 proposes, level 2 executes and you review, level 3 executes and reports. It only goes up after weeks without failure.

05

Cultivate three gardens

Personal life, your Jarvis, and the company, with the 30- or 90-day plan that the material provides ready to use.

1 course and 4 tools in order · 8 lessons

First the course. Then the tools to put it into practice.

The course lays out the method in 8 lessons. The diagnostic shows your level and which kit to use. The kits, the generator, and the skills do the work with you.

  1. 1

    Coursev7.2

    IA Cultivada — the course

Why AI is cultivated, the eight elements and the five files, the maturity ladder, the three gardens, the failure log, and autonomy based on evidence.

  2. 2

    Tool

    Maturity diagnostic

Eight questions, one per element: you leave with your score, where to start, and which kit to use.

  3. 3

    Tool

    Kits: personal, Jarvis, and company

The five files already structured, with a filled-in fictional example, in three versions to download.

  4. 4

    Tool

    Agent profile generator

Profile, context, examples, scorecard, and failure log filled in in the browser. Nothing leaves your computer.

  5. 5

    Tool

    Skills /cultivar and /revisao-semanal

For Claude Code and Codex: one builds the garden, the other runs the weekly ritual that closes the loop.

Who it's for

Made for you if

  • You use AI every day and feel it never gets better at your work.
  • You have or want to have a Jarvis and want to know how it starts making fewer mistakes.
  • You want to put the first agent in the company with one process, one agent, and one indicator.
  • You prefer writing text files to programming.

Not for you yet if

  • You need to manage several agents in the company, with roles, authority levels, and cost per result: go to the AI Management area.
  • You want the agent to improve without you noting down where it went wrong.

Included in the training

The whole project is open.

Chapters, kits, generator, diagnostic, skills, and agent packages are on INEMA's GitHub, in a template you copy with one click.

Why this training

What changes compared to tweaking the prompt.

Fix in the file

Every failure becomes a line of rule, example, or context. What you fix once does not come back.

Method and tool together

The course teaches the method. The diagnostic, the kits, the generator, and the skills apply it with you.

With sources and with candor

The project's research lists its sources and marks what could not be confirmed.

Three languages, same content

The course and the tools exist in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Questions

Before you start.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Cultivation fits in five text files. The skills are optional and run in Claude Code or Codex.

Where do I start?

With the course. Then take the diagnostic, which shows your level and which of the three kits to use.

Does it work with any model?

Yes. The method deals with the environment around the model: context, rules, examples, memory and feedback.

How long does it take?

There are 8 lessons. After that, a 20-minute weekly review and the 30-day plans (personal and Jarvis) or the 90-day plan (company).

Do the agent packages work in my company?

They are templates: lead qualifier, support triage, financial reconciliation and marketing report. They have not been run against a real CRM or n8n.

Choose one garden, one role and three rules. The rest is a cycle.

Start with the course. In 8 lessons you build the five files and leave with a plan with dates.
