Customer Service with Agents Training · 4 courses + the clinic system

The customer books through WhatsApp. Your team only steps in when needed.

Scheduling, confirmation, waiting list, frequently asked questions and handoff to a human on Telegram, with health and privacy rules built in. In 4 courses you learn to set limits on the agent, specify a real process, understand WhatsApp for business and give the agent tools. Then you open the clinic system, which passed 93 out of 93 tests.

Three of the four courses in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Kit guides in all three languages.

The problem

The front desk spends the day answering the same question. And patients still don't show up.

No-shows without notice are the clinic's No. 1 leak: 5 to 12% on a well-managed schedule, close to 25% on average. Putting a bot on WhatsApp without a method creates other problems.

  • The bot makes up prices, diagnoses or diets when it doesn't know the answer.
  • A message with a hidden order makes the agent act outside what you authorized.
  • A campaign goes out without consent and without going through the sector's regulatory board rules.
  • Patient data stays within the agent's reach, with confidentiality not written down as a restriction.
  • The restaurant and the hotel pay the marketplace a commission for customers who were already theirs.

After the training

By the end of the 4 courses, you will be able to:

01

Choose the right problem

Tell a request apart from a problem, ask the 10× question and define a metric with an owner before building.

02

Set limits on the agent

The five keys, prompt injection, passwords and extensions, spending, isolation and LGPD.

03

Specify a clinic process

Ten administrative processes, the permissions matrix with medical records out of reach, and the confirmation and claim denial specification in the kit.

04

Understand WhatsApp for business

Username, BSUID, identity and privacy, integration through the Cloud API, CRM and compliance.

05

Give the agent tools with rules

MCP bridges to your system, a browser with a policy, a three-role team and an autonomy policy.

06

Put a system live

Atende Clínica with Docker on a VPS: Evolution API on WhatsApp, the team on Telegram and the month's numbers for the Raio-X.

4 courses in order + the clinic system

Four courses and the system that serves as the template.

The first two courses apply to any sector and require no code. Course 3 explains the channel. Course 4 is technical: it connects Claude Code and Codex to your tools. Step 5 is the clinic system, the template for all the kits.

  1. 1

    Security

    Agent Under Control

Answering is not acting: the right problem, the five keys, hidden orders, passwords and extensions, spending and LGPD, and the 4-block metric spreadsheet.

  2. 2

    Specification

    Agent Architect · Healthcare

A clinic administrative process specified in the Agent Architect Kit, with patient data out of reach and the agent handling confirmation and claim denials.

  3. 3

    WhatsApp

    WhatsApp: Username and BSUID

What changes in WhatsApp for business: username, BSUID, privacy, Cloud API integration, CRM, and compliance.

  4. 4

    Tools

    Agent Runtime

Install and diagnose the runtime, the first MCP bridge, your own system's bridge, the three-role team, and the policy for what the agent does on its own.

  5. 5

    System93/93 tests

    Clinic Support

Scheduling, confirmation 48 h ahead, waitlist, emergency (192), human queue on Telegram, and campaigns with a professional-council lock, ready for Docker.

Who it's for

Made for you if

  • You own or run a clinic, restaurant, hotel, gym, physiotherapy practice, or nutrition practice.
  • You want to take the repetitive work off the front desk without letting the bot decide what is for people to decide.
  • You deploy agents for small businesses and need limits, privacy, and professional-council rules.
  • You want to run the system on your own VPS, with credentials only in your .env.

Not for you yet if

  • You don't yet know where the business is losing money: start with the Margin X-Ray area.
  • You want a bot that gives diagnoses, prescribes, or builds diets: the systems never do that.

Included in the training

The system and the kits come included.

Atende Clínica is implemented. Restaurant, hotel, gym, physiotherapy, and nutrition are kits with a specification, 93 to 99 frozen acceptance tests, and the /goal for the agent to build in your environment.

Projects and kits

Why this training

What changes compared to hiring a ready-made chatbot.

Rules built in, not remembered

Reminders are health guardianship, campaigns require consent, and STOP blocks everything. The text goes through the professional-council lock before it goes out.

Tests decide

Each kit was written by one agent and attacked by another that had not seen the plan. The validators found 9 to 13 problems per kit, and all were fixed.

Your environment, your data

Python with no dependencies, SQLite, and Docker on a VPS of your own. The customer is yours, outside the marketplace.

Caveats in writing

Exercises and alert lists need review by a professional. The CFN and CREF rules have not yet been researched, and the page says so.

Questions

Before you start.

Do I need to know how to code?

Not for courses 1, 2, and 3. Course 4 and the clinic system use a terminal, Claude Code or Codex, and Docker.

In what order do I do them?

1 → 2 → 3 → 4 and then the clinic system. Course 2 assumes the base course Arquiteto de Trabalho com IA, which explains the six links and the permissions matrix.

Which tools does the system use?

WhatsApp through the Evolution API, the team in a Telegram group, Python with SQLite, and Docker on a VPS with an HTTPS proxy.

Do the kits for the other sectors already work?

The clinic kit is implemented, with 93 of 93 tests passing. The other five come with a specification, frozen tests, and the /goal: the agent builds the system in your environment.

How much content is there?

Course 1 has 5 tracks and 11 modules, course 2 has 3 lessons, course 3 has 3 tracks and 9 modules, and course 4 has 4 tracks and 16 modules.

The front desk stays with people. The agent takes the schedule.

Start with course 1 and define the problem and the limits before building. In step 5, the clinic system shows the whole path working.
