AI Management Program 2027 · 6 courses for those who manage

Your company already has agents. Now someone needs to how to manage them.

Creating an agent takes an afternoon. Giving it a role, authority, budget and evaluation is a manager's job. In 6 courses you learn to manage people, processes and agents together, without programming, with a guiding case and a final project in the Gestoria simulator.

For those who manage and don't need to program. Free, open courses in PT, EN and ES.

AI Management 2027 — a 6-course program to manage people, processes, and agents.
6courses: one foundation, four tracks, and the closing
48lessons, 8 per course
14steps in the final Gestoria project
3languages: PT · EN · ES

The problem

The agent works. The company around it doesn't.

What gets in the way isn't the tool. It's what comes after you switch the agent on, and each problem below has a course that addresses it.

  • Nobody knows who answers for the agent when it makes a mistake.
  • The agent runs a process designed for people in 2010 faster, and the errors come out faster too.
  • The token bill grows and nobody knows how much each delivered result costs.
  • Employees use AI on the side, without permission or any record.
  • The team is afraid of being replaced and resists every change.

After the training

By the end of the 6 courses, you will be able to:

01

Run the diagnosis of the agentic company

The 9 objects that cross the manager's desk, the 8 competencies, and your first written diagnosis.

02

Redesign a process before automating it

Map what really happens, eliminate, simplify, decide who does each step, and measure the baseline.

03

Hire and supervise an agent

Digital role, delegation sheet, agent constitution, green, yellow and red authority levels, and the exception queue.

04

Close the books on resources

Cost per result, model chosen for the job, tools with minimum access, shadow AI, and a budget with ROI.

05

Lead the hybrid team

What stays with people, how to handle fear and resistance, the junior who supervises agents, and evaluating those who work with them.

06

Govern, measure, and evolve

Who answers for the agent, permissions and logging, evals, indicators, LOOP-R, and the decision to promote or roll back.

6 courses in order · 48 lessons

Six courses, from the agentic company to the final project.

The suggested order starts with G0 and leaves People until after Resources. HR professionals can jump straight into G1. All courses use Horizonte Distribuidora as the guiding case: you play the manager who has just received agents on the team.

  1. G0

    Foundationv7.2

The agentic company and the manager of 2027

The third object of management, the 9 management objects, the 8 competencies of the AI manager, the Brazilian market, and your first diagnosis.

  2. G2

    Processesv7.2

Processes: a process is not sacred

Choose the first process, map the real one, eliminate and redesign, set a baseline and target, and deliver the redesigned process with a version.

  3. G3

    Agentsv7.2

    Agents: hire, delegate, and supervise

The digital role, real delegation, the agent's constitution, authority in three colors, progressive trust, and the agent hired in the project.

  4. G4

    Resourcesv7.2

    Resources: models, data, and budget

How much it costs to produce the result, which model for which job, company knowledge as an asset, vendor, lock-in, and the resource plan.

  5. G1

    Peoplev7.2

    People: leading the hybrid team

The manager who leads by example, what stays with people, fear and resistance, culture for people and agents, and HR for both.

  6. G5

    Governancev7.2

    Govern, measure, and evolve

Who answers for the agent, evals and indicators, LOOP-R, promote and roll back, incoming rules, and the final project in Gestoria.

Who it's for

Made for you if

  • You are a manager, director, or owner and your team already uses agents or will in 2027.
  • You need to decide what the agent does on its own, what it prepares for approval, and what it never executes.
  • You want to measure an agent's cost, quality, and rework the way you measure a person's.
  • You work in HR and need to evaluate people who work with agents.

Not for you yet if

  • You want to learn to build the agent (prompt, skills, context, tools): start with the AGI-ready area.
  • You are looking for a ready-made tool that solves management without redesigning any process.

Included in the training

The courses end in a simulator, not a multiple-choice test.

The final project runs in Gestoria, the open agentic-company simulator. The area's kits and videos come with it.

Why this training

What changes compared to collecting articles about AI in the company.

Management, not programming

Each lesson brings a diagram, steps, a template to copy, and practice with a definition of done. None asks for code.

One case from start to finish

Horizonte Distribuidora, with 40 people, follows the order from WhatsApp to invoicing across all the courses.

The 8 competencies, each with a home

Strategy in G0, work architecture in G2, delegation and orchestration in G3, economics in G4, governance, evaluation, and evolution in G5.

Three languages, same content

All six courses are published in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, open and free.

Questions

Before you start.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The training is for those who manage. You work with processes, sheets, and indicators, not with code.

Do I need to follow the order?

The suggested order is G0 → G2 → G3 → G4 → G1 → G5. HR professionals can start with G1 and go back to G0 later.

How long does it take?

There are 48 lessons, 8 per course. G5 closes with the 14-step final project in Gestoria.

Is there a certificate?

The AI Manager certification is coming soon to INEMA's certification system. It will be an INEMA qualification certification, not a regulated professional certification.

Is it for my company or only for the case study?

For both. Each lesson uses Horizonte Distribuidora as the example and asks you to apply the same step to a process of your own.

In 2026, companies learned to build agents. In 2027, they need someone to manage them.

Start with G0. In 8 lessons you will understand what changes in management and leave with the first diagnosis of your company.
