Job description

Responsibilities: the three pains of every company

The immersion comes with a ready-made kit — a complete example company, installed skills, activated rules — and the demos target what hurts any business. Your pilot comes from one of these areas (or the pain of your sector).

RESP. 01

Sales

Qualifies the lead, prepares the proposal to house standards, handles follow-up and doesn't let anyone cool off. It prepares — you approve and close.

RESP. 02

Labor

Screens resumes with objective criteria, creates the weekly schedule, scripts the newcomer’s onboarding and monitors the team.

RESP. 03

Bureaucracy

Classifies the messy folder of notes and contracts, builds the obligations calendar, and assembles the package the accountant requests every month.

→ Disorganized company? Great: organizing is its first job.
Training period

Five days. Time card punched.

Foundations in the morning, hands‑on in the afternoon, visible results every day. A 4‑day format is available for closed groups.

Permissions: what it can do — and what it never does alone

A digital employee is not a super‑user. It works with identity, limits and audit — and the immersion dedicates a full day to this, with live attack and defense.

Green — executes

Low‑risk, reversible tasks: research, classify, prepare, organize, draft, report.

Yellow — prepares, you approve

Send proposal, reply to client, publish content. It gets ready; the decision remains yours. It’s the kit’s default setting.

Red — never

Autonomous payments, deletions, final legal decisions, dismissals. Not even with a nice request or a “smart” document.

Signed contract

What gets recorded at the end of the week

No wall certificate: you finish with a running system — and the files are yours, belonging to your company, forever.

Selection process (inverted)

The hiring interview is with your company

Start with the diagnosis: our agent interviews you via chat and returns a report with your business’s maturity and the top 3 processes for the first pilot — before you even decide on the immersion.
